We ship worldwide from Japan. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind — packed with care and sent to wherever you are.
Shipping
- Where: Japan and worldwide (Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America & more).
- How: Japan Post — ePacket (small items) or EMS (larger items), with tracking.
- Cost: calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
- Dispatch: usually within a few business days of your order.
- Customs & duties: for international orders, any import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because every piece is one-of-a-kind and handmade, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

返品・交換について
- すべて一点物の手仕事のため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
- 万一輸送中の破損・不良があった場合は、お届けから14日以内に写真を添えてお問い合わせください。交換または返金で対応します。
